It seems like it’s going to be little bit longer before we get our hands on Cyberpunk 2077, as the game was delayed once again.
Through its official Twitter account, CD Projekt Red just announced that Cyberpunk 2077 will be once again, delayed. The highly anticipated game will now be out on the 10th of December after the release date was pushed back by 21 days.
The game was previously supposed to release on the 19th of November, after suffering through two previous delays. But the news of this latest delay is an unusual one, since the game already went gold, meaning it’s playable from start to finish.
CD Projekt Red took to twitter in order to apologize to announce the delay and apologize to the fans. As well as to explain the reason behind it.
The company blames this latest delay on the challenges they’re constantly facing in having to develop 9 different versions of the game. Cyberpunk 2077 will be playable on both current and next gen consoles, as well as the PC and Stadia.
More fixes to be included in the day 0 patch
Any improvements that they implement will be included in the Day 0 Patch. A fact that has us a bit worried about the final size of the patches. Nothing annoys us more than when a 30 GBs update pops us as soon as we start up a game.

However, there’s no denying CD Projekt Red’s dedication in constantly trying to fix the game. Working hard to provide the best version of the game at launch day.
Unlike other companies, that would rather release their games as a broken mess than actually give the consumers what they promised them.
To satisfy your excitement for the game, we recommend you check out the official website and download all the free goodies. Concept arts, screenshots, posters and wallpapers and so much more.
