Mass Effect Legendary Edition is announced

Mass Effect: Legendary Edition is a remastered version of the original trilogy

Bioware celebrated this year’s N7 day, the annual celebration of the Mass Effect games, by revealing Mass Effect: Legendary Edition, a remastered version of the original trilogy. Mass Effect Legendary Edition will include single-player base content and DLC from Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3, as well as all the promo weapons, armors, and packs – all remastered and optimized for 4k Ultra HD.

They’ve also announced that they’re working hard on not just offering a simple remaster, but also on modernizing the games. Ensuring that both old fans of the series and newcomers would enjoy them. We’re hoping here over at Ichiplayer that all three games will have the same great combat that we enjoyed in Andromeda.

Mass Effect fans will be able to rejoin Commander Shepard in Spring 2021 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. With forward compatibility on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5.
